Job summary

MV Transportation seeks a seasoned Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance for fixed route operations and paratransit services. You will ensure contractual compliance, manage reporting cycles, and maintain the budget with tight cost controls.

The role requires five-plus years of fleet management experience, CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsements preferred, and strong communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience managing a fixed route or paratransit fleet.
• Experience maintaining a fleet of 40 buses or more.
• Ability to manage budgets and procurement.
• CDL Class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement preferred.
• Strong communication and client interfacing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance for fixed route bus operations.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and reports are generated regularly.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and controls.
