Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Manager, Vehicle Maintenance to lead and oversee vehicle maintenance and repair operations at a Cox location in the United States. You will manage supervisors, technicians and support staff, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coach and mentor technicians, optimize schedules, and maintain resources and systems to sustain high performance and factory standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 6+ years in reconditioning or related automotive operations
• Minimum 1 year in a management or lead role
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Proven management and organizational abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
