Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the Vehicle Maintenance Department. This role ensures safety, quality service, and efficiency across all shop activities.

You will manage the partnership with the Pikes Peak State College Diesel Mechanic Training Program, coordinate training and performance metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to support Goodwill's mission.

Job Description
Salary: $67,500/year
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM
