Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee planned maintenance execution. You will review machine data, identify service needs, and coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely maintenance using Caterpillar systems and related tools.

The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage follow-up across multiple machines and fleets. Travel within the territory may be required as part of scheduling and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in maintenance planning, service coordination, fleet support, or related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and software skills; ability to work across multiple systems.
• Good communication and ability to work with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify planned maintenance services using Caterpillar software.
• Review maintenance needs and help prioritize service activity.
• Coordinate with centralized service department and customers for scheduling.
• Maintain documentation and tracking related to machine maintenance activity.
• Develop, generate, and review reports related to maintenance planning and activity.
• Communicate professionally with Cleveland Brothers personnel and customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Support ongoing machine tracking and follow-up across assigned fleets or customer groups.
• Support special projects and provide backup coverage for other departmental functions as needed.
• Travel occasionally throughout the territory as required.
