Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group is hiring a Full-time Lot Attendant/Assistant to support fleet operations at our Doylestown location. This entry-level role involves organizing daily tasks, moving units through various stages, and assisting with paperwork and billing.

You will work with the Fleet Manager and staff, ensuring units are prepared for service, detailing, and delivery. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet Manager and staff in organizing daily activities.
• Move fleet units through retrieval, service, detailing and fueling processes.
• Prepare units by removing factory protective coverings before cleaning.
• Coordinate with transportation companies for pickup of courtesy and out-of-stock units.
• Assist in snow removal when needed and contacting customers to schedule appointments.
• Assist in transferring Sold or Courtesy units to customers and completing required paperwork.
• Maintain and update Fleet database; Excel knowledge is required.
• Organize fleet paperwork and maintain logs of lease returns.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the correct person.

Fred Beans Ford is currently hiring a Full-time Lot Attendant/Assistant to assist in the maintenance and organization of our Fleet department at our Ford Dealership!

What You'll Do:

-Will work with Fleet Manger and other staff in organizing the days and activities.

-Proactively assists in moving units through Retrieval, Service, Detail, and Fueling.

-Prepare units by ensuring all factory protective covering are removed prior to them being cleaned.

-Meet with transportation companies when picking up courtesy and out of stock units.

-Assist in snow removal when needed

- Assist in calling customers to make appointments for their company vehicle.

-Assist in performing duties required to transfer Sold or Courtesy units to customers. This will involve filling out PADMV paperwork, fleet companies’ paperwork, properly singing out PA plates, ensuring the driver can drive legally.

-Assist in keeping Fleet database updated. Excel knowledge is required.

-Assist in organizing fleet paperwork as needed.

- Maintain log of lease return vehicles.

-Answer incoming phone calls, direct to correct person or assist caller.

- Help in preparing billing for courtesy deliveries.

-Maintain password and knowledge of manufacturer’s website.
