Fred Beans Automotive Group is hiring a Full-time Lot Attendant/Assistant to support the Fleet department at our Ford Dealership in Bucks County, PA. This entry-level role offers a pathway into the automotive industry and the opportunity to work closely with Fleet staff to manage daily operations.

Primary duties include organizing days with the Fleet Manager, moving units through retrieval, service, detailing, and fueling, and maintaining fleet records. Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily activities with Fleet Manager and staff.
• Assist in moving units through retrieval, service, detailing, and fueling.
• Prepare units by removing factory protective coverings before cleaning.
• Coordinate with transportation companies for courtesy and out-of-stock units.
• Assist with snow removal when needed.
• Call customers to schedule appointments for company vehicles.
• Help transfer Sold or Courtesy units to customers, including paperwork.
• Keep Fleet database updated; Excel knowledge required.
• Organize fleet paperwork and maintain lease return vehicle logs.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the correct person.
• Assist in preparing billing for courtesy deliveries.
• Maintain passwords and knowledge of manufacturer’s website.
