Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group in Doylestown, PA is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our Parts Distribution Center.

You’ll handle calls, assist with parts orders, coordinate with warehouse, and maintain accurate records while delivering helpful, professional service in a fast-paced team setting. Monday through Friday scheduling with some flexibility in hours; automotive or parts experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with computer systems and phones.
• Excel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions, orders, and general inquiries.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
• Assist customers with parts orders, availability, order status, and delivery questions.
• Research and resolve customer concerns or order discrepancies.
• Communicate with warehouse, delivery, and other team members to resolve needs.
• Accurately enter and update information in company systems.
• Follow up with customers when additional research is needed.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Identify solutions and involve a supervisor when needed.
• Assist with additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll serve as an important point of contact for our customers and help ensure they receive the service and support they need. Responsibilities include:

• Help identify solutions when issues arise and know when to involve a supervisor or manager
• Assist with additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed

• Has experience with Microsoft Excel. Excel experience is helpful, but not required
