Ryder is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan and direct daily fleet operations, guiding dispatch staff, company drivers and owner operators. You will set routes, schedules, and policies to improve productivity while ensuring safety and compliance.

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily fleet operations and schedules.
• Set routes, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
• Lead drivers, monitor performance, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation policies and safety rules.
• Train and develop staff, monitor turnover and retention.
• Coordinate with terminals and store delivery services.
• Provide guidance on cost control and budgeting.
