Job summary

Beusa Energy, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator in The Woodlands, TX. You will be the central contact between Operations, Procurement, and Vendors to ensure service requests are properly routed, tracked, and documented. You will support ERP data entry and assist with timely payments and service verification.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up with vendors to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and time-management skills and accuracy in documentation.
• Experience coordinating field services, vendors, and internal teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and service order processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests between Operations and Vendors and confirm orders.
• Maintain logs of active and pending service orders with timelines.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm service completion and collect supporting documents.
• Enter service receipts into ERP system and reconcile POs with invoices for payment.
• Develop checklists or SOPs with Procurement/Finance to improve service receiving and PO closure.
