Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to strengthen our global IT team and safeguard our autonomous maritime platforms.

You will manage endpoints across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices, architect security policies, and drive automation to improve reliability and user experience. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise IT engineering, hands-on Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune experience, and a solid foundation in scripting and identity platforms like Entra ID

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
4+ years in endpoint engineering, systems engineering, or similar corporate IT roles.
Hands-on Jamf Pro administration in production environments.
Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration and identity platform basics (Entra ID/Okta).
Scripting proficiency and automation via REST/Graph APIs.
Strong knowledge of macOS/Windows internals, provisioning and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Manage the security, compliance and configuration of macOS, Windows, Linux and mobile fleet using tools like Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment, including tenant configuration and licensing.
Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint, identity and device issues and document fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve enterprise-level issues.
Define and deploy automation opportunities across the IT stack to improve reliability.
Design and deploy conditional access and security policies at scale.
Automate OS, security and application patching and monitor fleet health.
Improve end-user experience through optimization and processes.
