Job summary

Motion Industries in the United States seeks a Manager of Financial Administration to lead fleet operations finance, drive efficiencies, and oversee the general ledger and ERP processes. You will coordinate with Wheels and field leadership to ensure service levels while delivering accurate financial reporting and strategic insights.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 5 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, and Qlik skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field and 5 years of experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with management at all levels.
• Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft) and data analytics tools (Qlik).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Wheels to ensure smooth fleet operations and resolve issues.
• Partner with field leadership to maintain operation continuity and service levels.
• Analyze fleet performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies.
• Oversee fleet optimization initiatives and vehicle allotment/utilization improvements.
• Manage ERP & PeopleSoft processes and maintain general ledger structure.
• Supervise branch/OU setup, mergers and closures.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Sales reports; back up monthly financial reporting.
• Lead a team of analysts and coordinate with Motion Finance and corporate teams.
• Mentor and evaluate direct reports; set goals.
