Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and general ledger processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external fleet management to optimize operations and costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts in financial reporting and analytics.
• Maintain and optimize general ledger structures in PeopleSoft.
• Oversee ERP and PeopleSoft processes and monthly close activities.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Sales and other financial reports.
