Job summary

Naval District Washington (NDW) is seeking a visionary executive to lead all Fleet & Family Readiness (FFR) programs, directing Family Readiness, Housing, and MWR operations. As Director, you will command dual-source budgets, inspire a large NAF/APF team, and shape a community supporting those who serve in the Nation's oldest Shore Navy installation.

Responsibilities include comprehensive program integration, strategic planning, and serving as the chief QoL/QoS advisor to the Installation CO on

Qualifications

• Five years administering a comprehensive QOL/QOS program for a military organization.
• Three years formulating strategic policies and procedures for personnel readiness, community support, mission sustaining and QoL programs.
• Three years developing and executing short and long-range planning for programming and budget execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct and unify the full spectrum of FFR/N9 operations including Housing, CYP, and support services.
• Author and execute the FFR Master Plan aligning programs and activities to installation needs.
• Advise the Installation CO on funding, services, policy, and long-range planning.
