Canteen North America is seeking a Fleet & Facilities Specialist to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our fleet and facilities. This role oversees maintenance, safety initiatives, building operations, vendor relationships, and compliance activities aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, facilities management, or related operational roles.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and vehicle servicing.
• Review vehicle repair estimates and work orders.
• Monitor fleet performance to improve safety, reliability, and cost.
• Ensure use of approved vendors and service providers.
• Manage fleet technology programs (GPS, telematics, Mobileye).
• Maintain fleet records and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations to support fleet needs.
• Coordinate facility maintenance programs and inspections.
• Support compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Lead the Safety Committee and promote workplace safety.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for quality and cost.
