The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in physical IT infrastructure or data center operations, with experience in RMA processes and collaboration with external vendors. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with RMA processes and working with external vendors.
• Ability to analyze ticket data trends and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong documentation and client-facing reporting experience.
