Job summary

ICF is seeking an Account Manager to support Beneficial Electrification programs in the Central New York area. The role involves recruitment and technical support for customers considering electrifying their fleets, coordinating with end-users and dealers.

You will analyze savings potential, present business cases, arrange site visits, and work with utilities to plan deployments. Travel is required; strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant field.
• 4+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Engagement, Energy Efficiency or Consulting.
• Must pass background/MVR/drug screening and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls and in-person meetings with commercial, industrial, and public fleet customers daily.
• Educate customers on the benefits of fleet electrification and related technologies.
• Calculate financial savings potential of conversion opportunities.
• Log outreach and meeting activities in program CRM tool.
• Discuss barriers to electrification and identify support services to overcome them.
• Provide financial and business case analysis for deployment options (buy, lease, EaaS).
• Attend client events to engage customers and trade allies.
