Job summary

ICF is seeking an Account Manager to support electric vehicle and Beneficial Electrification programs in the Central New York area. The role is home-based with local travel to EV charging sites and customer visits in New York.

You will educate end-users and dealers on fleet electrification, model savings, present analyses, and help move projects forward while coordinating with utilities and vendors. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in Account Management, Sales or related area.
• Pass background check, valid driver’s license, and MVR/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls and meetings with corporate, industrial and public fleets daily.
• Educate customers on fleet electrification benefits and technologies.
• Calculate financial savings potentials for conversions.
• Log outreach and meetings in the program CRM tool.
• Identify barriers to electrification and coordinate support services.
• Provide financial and business case analysis for deployment options.
• Coordinate with utility groups on load and transformer upgrades if needed.
• Support vendor bidding for site development and vehicles.
