Job summary

ICF is hiring a Sr. Account Specialist for Beneficial Electrification in Mississippi (field-based). You will identify electrification opportunities, conduct site assessments, and manage trade allies and client engagements while traveling locally. Strong CRM experience and utilities/electrification background preferred.

The role offers a base salary in the $85,000–$100,000 range with quarterly commissions and an annual bonus. A valid driver’s license and MVR check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in utilities, energy efficiency, electrification, or C&I sectors.
• Valid driver’s license and pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners or facilities managers to identify electrification opportunities.
• Conduct walk-through site assessments to identify electrification opportunities.
• Track and report program activity and progress toward goals.
• Develop client-facing reports using MS Office and industry tools.
• Recruit and train trade allies on incentives and program use.
• Execute marketing/engagement strategies, webinars, and lead generation.
