Job summary

ICF is seeking a Transportation Electrification Consultant to join our Transportation Electrification Team. This role supports advisory, program implementation, and operational engagements for utilities and government agencies across the United States in a remote setting.

You will research EVs, charging infra, and regulatory trends, and translate data into client-ready deliverables, reports, and presentations, contributing to decarbonization initiatives and energy policy insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental studies, energy, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, research, or related areas.
• Experience conducting research and analysis and communicating findings through deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation electrification advisory, program implementation, and operational engagements for utilities, government agencies, and other clients.
• Conduct research and analysis related to EVs, charging infrastructure, utility programs, managed charging, load management, regulatory proceedings, market trends, and policies.
• Translate research, program data, and technical information into clear findings and actionable recommendations.
