AFC Transport, Inc. is seeking a Driver Success Manager in Portage, Indiana to lead a team of drivers, boost performance, and keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

You will serve as the liaison among drivers, dispatch, safety, and maintenance to drive reliability and profitability. You will build strong driver relationships, monitor key metrics, coach for improvement, and ensure DOT compliance while partnering with maintenance to meet equipment needs and safety standards in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain daily communication with drivers.
• Monitor and coach driver performance to hit revenue, utilization, and safety goals.
• Partner with Dispatch to optimize routing and maximize load efficiency.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure DOT compliance and coordinate equipment needs with Maintenance and Safety.
