AFC Companies in Tampa, FL is seeking a Driver Success Manager to lead a 30–45 flatbed fleet, coaching drivers to stay safe, earn well, and want to stay. This people-first leadership role connects the road and the office with real relationships.

You’ll work with Dispatch, Safety, and Maintenance to optimize load planning, monitor KPIs, and run monthly performance reviews, while keeping McLeod TMS records and Samsara data clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or driver relations.
• Strong knowledge of HOS and DOT compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple driver relationships and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a fleet of 30–45 flatbed drivers with daily check-ins.
• Monitor RPM, gross revenue, MPG, and other KPIs to keep performance on track.
• Collaborate with Dispatchers to optimize load planning and driver availability.
• Run monthly performance reviews to recognize wins and address gaps.
• Maintain McLeod TMS records: ETAs, PTAs, HOS, and maintenance.
• Review Samsara data for safety, fuel, and compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Be the driver’s voice when interfacing with Dispatch, Customer Service, and Safety.
