The Driver Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of drivers, equipment, and customer accounts, overseeing utilization, dispatch operations, safety compliance, and fleet performance while building strong relationships with drivers and supporting company growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned fleet of drivers.
• Dispatch freight while maximizing fleet productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Coach drivers on safety, fuel efficiency, idle time, customer service, and company policies.
• Address driver concerns professionally while partnering with Human Resources when employee relations issues arise.
