Job summary

Lhoist North America is hiring a Dispatcher to manage daily dispatching and planning for the private fleet and third-party carriers. The role requires coordinating driver hours, available equipment, and order data entry while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in dispatching and customer service, with SAP experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs dispatching and daily load planning for private fleet and third-party carriers.
• Coordinate driver availability, hours of service, and equipment.
• Data entry for orders and intracompany orders; liaise with supply chain.
• Interact with internal/external customers and third-party carriers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
