Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher I to manage on-time performance, order accuracy, and DOT compliance across its truck fleet in North America. You will help grow the hauler network while ensuring regulatory adherence and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma (Associate's preferred), 2–3 years’ trucking/dispatch experience, and strong computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of industry experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time performance and order accuracy while maintaining DOT compliance.
• Grow the company’s hauler network and optimize DOT compliance.
• Dispatch trucks, track performance in real time and optimize capacity.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and freight status updates.
• Process freight documentation and admin duties daily.
