Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead truck dispatching, route planning, and driver oversight. The role emphasizes timely freight movement, data-driven performance reviews, and strict adherence to DOT and company safety standards.

You will back up operations, schedule mobile transportation, monitor equipment, and collaborate with customers and call centers to resolve issues. The position requires strong communication, organization, and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and legal requirements for drivers.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record in compliance with driver policy.
• Forklift certification may be required and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks to convey freight to destinations in a timely manner and track deliveries.
• Review driver assignments, delivery times, and transportation data to evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
• Schedule all incoming/outgoing mobile transportation including tankers and railcars.
• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling to support fleet availability.
