U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a Driver/Operations Supervisor to lead personnel, supervise drivers, and ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

The role includes dispatch coordination, paperwork management, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive wages starting at $26.00/hour with weekly pay, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and training opportunities.

Formación

• 3 years of related supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise drivers and material handlers.
• Knowledge of state and federal DOT regulations.
• Ability to learn and use computer systems.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to learn to operate a forklift.
• Requires valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test (no THC).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership through goal setting, performance reviews, and delegation.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and training as necessary.
• Support safety programs and maintain a safe environment for associates.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate policies and productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Ensure daily driver paperwork is completed and submitted to the corporate office.
• Coordinate dispatch by assigning product to material handlers and routing paperwork.
