Qualifications

• Experience delivering merchandise to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle.
• 3+ years operating material handling equipment.
• Wholesale distribution experience.
• Clean driving record with limited accidents and moving violations in rolling 3-year window.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and dispatching of driver routes.
• Oversee pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT and internal policies.
• Plan daily routes and optimize driver efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for driver-related issues.
• Coach and train drivers on policies and procedures.
• Review manifests to ensure orders and routes are complete and accurate.
• Deliver customer orders within service area and interface with customers on issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Provide feedback to management on escalations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
