Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to make customer deliveries using company-provided or rental vehicles. You will maintain records of deliveries, inspect and maintain vehicles, and provide customer service on order issues. MVRs are monitored and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, route adherence, and daily documentation consistent with company policies. Safety, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders safely within a service area and interfaces with customers on order issues.
• Follows planned routes for timely deliveries while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders at customer sites using material handling equipment.
• Provides exceptional customer service by being professional and polite during deliveries.
• Reviews order manifests to ensure accuracy of customer orders and daily routes.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT regulations and internal policies.
