Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc in Auburn, MA is seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Driver to manage load dispatch and support drivers on the transportation team. This full-time role requires operating company or rental trucks and maintaining DOT compliance.

You will train drivers, plan routes, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and provide excellent customer service during deliveries while upholding MVR standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in driver/logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of load management and dispatch.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and dispatching of driver routes.
• Supervise pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT rules.
• Deliver orders within service area with high customer service.
