Job summary
T-MOBILE USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Device Hardware & Fleet Platform to ensure the reliability and performance of a fleet of Android devices. This role includes troubleshooting, hardware engineering, and implementing MDM solutions to optimize device monitoring and diagnostics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year experience.
- 4-7 years experience in hardware engineering and Android-based devices.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hardware performance and reliability of Android device fleet.
- Lead root cause analysis for field issues.
- Evaluate and implement MDM/EMM solutions.
