You will coach engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence across initiatives with senior engineers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a computer programming related field (Required)
• 4–7 years Experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment (Required)
• Less than 2 years Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more (Required)

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers responsible for delivering scalable software and data platform solutions.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support career development, performance management, hiring, and succession planning.
