Job summary

Sid Wainer & Son seeks an experienced warehouse/driver supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities for warehouse and delivery staff, ensuring customer delivery obligations are met and regulatory standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of warehouse/driver personnel including route assignments and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with USDOT and other regulatory requirements related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Train warehouse/driver personnel to required standards and conduct evaluations.
• Maintain driver files and schedules; monitor vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
• Respond to customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with sales and operations.
