Warehouse Supervisor – Transportation & Logistics

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor with transportation and routing experience to lead and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations. Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily warehouse and transportation operations, coordinating delivery activities, supporting distribution teams, and ensuring all operational goals are achieved safely and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate customer deliveries through effective routing and dispatch coordination
• Utilize knowledge of multi-stop routing systems and transportation procedures to optimize delivery operations
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and DOT documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Coordinate activities with distribution center departments to support accurate and on-time deliveries
• Monitor productivity, quality, and customer service standards to ensure operational goals are met or exceeded
• Support warehouse staff, drivers, and team members through coaching, leadership, and operational guidance
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Analyze operational data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
• Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving as needed

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role required
• Transportation, routing, and dispatch experience required
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics systems, and distribution processes
• Proficiency with warehouse software systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to input, retrieve, analyze, and interpret operational data
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on leadership approach with a commitment to operational success
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred
