Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Fleet Manager - Business Intelligence & Technology to drive analytics, data architecture, and telematics strategy for fleet optimization.

You will lead BI design, data engineering, and the deployment of predictive maintenance and safety scorecards, collaborating with IT, operations, and executives to guide fleet electrification and lifecycle decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years managing connected fleet architectures, logistics analytics, or transport-focused systems engineering.
• Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) via NAFA or recognized certification in advanced data analytics/data engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of enterprise telematics roadmap and BI frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain automated enterprise dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop telemetry models to aggregate CAN-bus/ SAE J1939 data for heavy and light machinery.
• Deliver data-driven asset lifecycle recommendations and EV feasibility analytics.
