Job Summary

The Fleet Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, monitoring, and updating computerized vehicle, vessel, and equipment information systems. This role involves technical maintenance, data management, system administration, and reporting to ensure efficient fleet and marine asset management. The analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to improve processes and develop actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update computerized vehicle, vessel, and equipment information systems.
• Collaborate with Fleet & Marine equipment management staff and IT systems to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Conduct detailed fleet analyses and special studies to identify operational improvements.
• Support implementation, integration, and maintenance of asset information within fleet management software (Holman Insights).
• Serve as liaison for Maximo support related to fleet and marine asset maintenance activities.
• Manage periodic fleet reports for accuracy and rigor; continuously improve existing reports and develop new dashboards for KPIs.
• Document existing processes and assist in implementing solutions within financial software platforms.

Required Skills & Certifications
