We seek a proactive, data-driven professional to monitor vehicle maintenance trends, build reports, and collaborate with fleet managers and vendors to deliver cost-saving solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; degree in business admin preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trends in vehicle maintenance for accounts and markets.
• Build and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Analyze data and recommend cost-saving actions to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate with fleet managers, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve truck malfunctions.
• Serve as a technical consultant to fleet managers and service technicians.
• Review non-standard purchase orders to protect customer interests.
• Support the technical resource center by assisting customers and vendors.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
