Job summary

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization seeking a specialist to develop complete, up-to-date up-fit specifications that meet client business needs. You will collaborate across teams to ensure the right fitments and documented decisions.

The role involves reviewing specifications for OEM compatibility, processing standards, and supply chain alignment, and communicating changes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete, accurate and up-to-date specifications for up-fit, to best meet the client’s business application(s) and needs.
• Review and monitor specifications for compliance with current OEM applications, processing standards, supply chain strategy as well as fitment and compatibility between selected components. Document and communicate resulting changes.
