• Familiarity with TMT, Blue Beacon, or similar fleet management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to department emails and voicemails, keeping daily communication current.
• Review tire invoices and DRs in portal accounts for accuracy.
• Scan, index, and file maintenance records for easy retrieval.
• Create repair orders for incidents submitted by the Safety Department.
• Review and follow up on repair orders for discrepancies or corrections.
