Job summary

Mullinax Ford of Central Florida is seeking an experienced Commercial & Fleet Service Advisor to join our Ford Pro Elite Service team. You will work with fleet accounts to keep vehicles on the road and businesses moving.

This role emphasizes building lasting relationships, proactive communication, and coordinating repairs from write-up to delivery, with opportunities for growth within a busy, customer-first operation.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet service customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers and business owners.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor fleet vehicle repairs from write-up through delivery.
• Provide proactive communication and repair updates throughout the service process.
• Review vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repairs, and obtain customer authorization.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians, parts personnel, and mobile service teams.
• Monitor repair status to ensure promised completion times are met.
• Promote Ford Pro Elite Service programs, Mobile Service, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Manage warranty, maintenance, and repair documentation accurately.
• Assist in developing new commercial service business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting department sales and productivity goals.
