Fuller Ford is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Consultant to grow our commercial and fleet business. You will build relationships with local businesses, identify fleet solutions, and guide clients from first contact to delivery.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to generate new business. This on-site role offers an earnings potential of $100K+ with uncapped commissions and a competitive 401(k) match, plus health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (automotive, B2B, outside sales, or equipment sales).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prospect and generate business.

Responsibilities

• Help businesses identify the right trucks, vans, and commercial vehicle solutions
