Perkins Motors is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to engage small businesses, fleet accounts, and contractors in a B2B automotive sales role in Colorado Springs. You will respond to internet leads, qualify needs, and propose vehicles, upfits, and financing options while maintaining CRM records and building lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, and thrives on fast follow-up with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads by phone, email, and text; move leads through the pipeline.
• Qualify commercial leads by learning the customer's business, vehicle needs, and budget.
• Recommend the right vehicles, upfits, and financing options for each customer.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of every lead and customer interaction in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects, past customers, and repeat buyers.
• Work with the Commercial Manager on larger accounts when appropriate; leave clear notes.
• Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in team meetings; share information openly; welcome coaching and feedback.
• Represent Perkins Motors professionally and honestly in every interaction.
