Responsibilities

• Review files to determine coverage and develop recovery strategies within 90 days.
• Communicate with customers, other parties, attorneys, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activity and payments received.
• Evaluate files for outside collection or attorney referral.
• Complete monthly reconciliation reports using Excel.
• Suggest alternatives for dispute resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
