Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or public administration with five years of accounting experience.
• Must be a notary public or willing to become one.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fiscal operations for assigned department or agency.
• Process accounts payable and receivable and monitor expenditures.
• Review purchase orders, purchases, expenditures, and revenue for proper budget coding.
• Assist in development and maintenance of the annual budget and prepare financial reports.
• Provide monthly financial analyses to agency leadership and forecast year-end results.
• Maintain and reconcile fuel card program and fleet-related records.
