Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager - Business Intelligence & Technology to lead the enterprise telematics, BI frameworks, and data-driven decision making for our vehicle fleets.

You will design architecture, drive advanced analytics, and partner with IT, InfoSec, and vendors to optimize TCO, safety, and asset lifecycle across regions. Candidates should have 5–7 years in fleet analytics, strong SQL and BI skills, and CAFM or related data certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
5–7 years in connected fleet architectures, logistics analytics, or transport‑focused systems.
Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or similar data analytics certifications.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and enterprise BI visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of telematics hardware and DOT/HOS requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead telematics platform deployment, data governance, and API integrations.
Standardize data flows between hardware, ERP, and maintenance databases.
Build automated BI dashboards to track fleet metrics (fuel, utilization, emissions).
Develop telemetry models for CAN-bus and SAE J1939 data.
Create predictive maintenance and safety scorecards for executives.
