Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a Senior Fleet Manager - Business Intelligence & Technology to lead the telematics roadmap, BI frameworks, and data-driven strategies to optimize total cost of ownership and safety.

You will design dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, develop telemetry models from CAN-bus data, and drive capital expenditure and EV roadmaps while reporting to the Fleet Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, systems engineering, supply chain, or related quantitative field.
• 5-7 years managing connected fleet architectures, logistics analytics, or transport-focused systems engineering.
• CAFM certification via NAFA or recognized certifications in advanced data analytics/data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and enterprise BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Thorough understanding of DOT mandates, Hours of Service tracking, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, deployment, and configuration of enterprise telematics platforms and ELD/ADAS hardware.
• Standardize API integrations and data flows between telematics and ERP and maintenance databases.
• Collaborate with IT and InfoSec to ensure data governance and security compliance.
• Design, build, and maintain automated enterprise dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track fleet metrics.
• Develop telemetry models to aggregate CAN-bus and SAE J1939 data for heavy and light-duty machines.
• Implement predictive maintenance algorithms to prevent failures.
• Create data-enabled driver safety scorecards and benchmarks.
