Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager - Business Intelligence & Technology to lead enterprise telematics strategy and data analytics, translating IoT data into actionable insights for fleet optimization and cost reduction.

You will design BI frameworks, manage dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and guide cross-functional teams with a focus on safety, asset lifecycle, and EV roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
5-7 years managing connected fleet architectures, logistics analytics, or transport-focused systems engineering.
CAFM certification via NAFA or recognized certifications in advanced data analytics/data engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, deployment, and configuration of enterprise telematics platforms, ELDs, and ADAS.
Standardize API integrations and data flows between telematics hardware, ERP, and maintenance databases.
Partner with Corporate IT and InfoSec to ensure data governance and security compliance.
Pilot emerging fleet technologies and manage relationships with OEMs and software vendors.
