Job summary

UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team in the United States. Maintain a diverse range of equipment including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers with propulsion systems from diesel to electrified options where available.

The role requires troubleshooting, proper use of diagnostic tools, and the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts based on location. You must have a valid state driver’s license and your own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and personal computer.
• Possesses full complement of personal hand tools.
• Class A/B or A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
• Dependable with ability to report to work regularly and complete scheduled workday.
• Willing to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance on a range of trucks and trailers.
