Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Four or more years of experience as a journeyman automotive mechanic, with supervisory experience of at least 6 months.
• Valid commercial Class A CDL license without air brake restriction is preferred or required per jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled mechanics in repair and maintenance of automotive equipment.
• Assign repair requests and oversee or perform complex repair tasks as needed.
• Inspect and supervise work in progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies and coordinate with vendors.
