Master’s Transportation is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair and refinish our fleet vehicles, including buses, vans, and trucks. You will inspect damage, perform structural and cosmetic repairs, and return vehicles to service according to safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying coatings, assisting in paint booth operations, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area. A relevant collision repair program or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited automotive collision repair program, or at least 3 years of related body repair and refinishing experience.
• Working knowledge of collision repair methods, panel repair and replacement, surface preparation, and automotive refinishing.

Aufgaben

• Inspect fleet vehicles for damage, determine repair needs, and report findings.
• Perform collision and body repairs on buses, vans, trucks, and fleet vehicles.
• Straighten and reshape damaged panels using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring systems.
• Prepare surfaces for refinishing: clean, sand, grind, fill, mask, prime, and seal.
• Mix, match, and apply paint; blend finishes and polish to a durable finish.
• Assist with paint booth operations and cross-train in refinishing functions.
• Repair or replace exterior trim, glass-related components, lighting assemblies, and other body parts as assigned.
• Identify required parts and coordinate with manager/parts personnel; document work orders.
• Document inspections, repairs, labor, and materials in company systems; ensure quality and timely completion.
• Move vehicles safely and assist with pickup/delivery or road testing when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
