Job summary

Master’s Transportation is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair and refinish fleet vehicles, including buses and vans. You will inspect damage, perform structural and cosmetic repairs, and restore vehicles to safe, professional condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited auto collision repair program or 3+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of collision repair methods, panel repair, and refinishing.
• Ability to safely operate body shop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fleet vehicles for damage and determine repair needs.
• Perform collision and body repairs on buses, vans, and trucks.
• Prepare surfaces for refinishing and apply paint/coatings.
• Assist with paint booth operations and safety compliance.
• Document repairs, parts used, and labor in company systems.
